Intake and Condition Documentation
We identify the iPhone model, reported symptoms, damage history and exterior condition. We test available functions and record any pre-existing external defects.
Does your iPhone refuse to turn on, have a damaged screen, or no longer hold a charge? ARVUTIABI-ESOFT OÜ is an independent repair workshop in Lasnamäe, Tallinn, providing diagnostics and repairs for Apple phones, including iPhone, iPhone Plus, Pro, Pro Max, mini and SE models. Repair feasibility and part selection depend on the exact device model.
We replace screens and batteries, resolve charging, camera and audio faults, and diagnose power circuits and liquid damage. Our work takes account of iOS, Face ID and paired component requirements. We agree on the scope and cost of repair before work begins.

Prices marked “from” are starting prices. The final repair cost depends on the device model, the nature of the fault, the required spare parts, and the diagnostic results.
The cost of diagnostics depends on the type of device and the complexity of the diagnostic work, but does not exceed €30.
* If the customer agrees to proceed with the repair, diagnostics are free of charge, as they are an integral part of the repair process. In this case, the customer pays only the agreed repair price.
We identify the iPhone model, reported symptoms, damage history and exterior condition. We test available functions and record any pre-existing external defects.
As needed, we check power parameters, ports, display, battery and iOS behaviour. We explain in advance any procedure that might affect user data.
We explain the identified cause, available component options and relevant limitations, including possible system notifications or calibration requirements following repair.
After repairs, we check charging, display, touch input, audio, cameras and connectivity. Face ID and related systems are checked as supported by the particular device.
After a fall, glass may crack, the image may disappear partly or completely, and the touchscreen may stop responding. Different iPhone generations use LCD or OLED panels. We assess the display before replacement and select a repair option compatible with the specific device.
If the cable needs repositioning, charging cuts in and out, or no charging starts at all, we inspect the power accessories, connector, debris, contacts and related board circuits. Older iPhones use Lightning, while compatible newer models use USB-C; we identify the correct connector for the model.
Poor battery life may result from normal battery ageing, excessive background power use or a power-system fault. We review the phone’s behaviour and battery condition before determining whether battery replacement will resolve the problem.
Unexpected restarts and excessive heat may be caused by software faults, a defective battery, damaged flex cables or electronic components. We assess the symptoms and diagnostic logs when available, then test the relevant hardware.
If sound is missing during calls, the other person cannot hear you, or the camera displays a black screen, we examine app settings, module connections and component functionality. On supported models, we also consider the requirements of TrueDepth and Face ID.
Even iPhone models with a stated level of water resistance can suffer liquid damage, particularly as seals age. We inspect the connectors and logic board for moisture and oxidation under magnification. Do not turn on or charge a wet phone before inspection.
A frozen startup screen, boot loops or an unresponsive power button may have different causes. We inspect the power system, storage and iOS. System restoration is considered only after assessing the risk of erasing user data.
Unstable mobile reception, Bluetooth failures or missing Wi-Fi connectivity can stem from iOS settings, antenna circuits, connectors or communication components on the logic board. We rule out software issues and run hardware diagnostics instead of promising a particular part replacement before testing.
Smartphone diagnostics are listed as free in our general repair price list. The final repair cost is determined after identifying the cause of the fault.
Replacement depends on the device generation and the availability of a compatible part. We confirm the screen type and any potential functional differences before installation.
Not always. This depends on the condition of the panel and touch layer, and whether separating the glass is technically feasible. If the display module itself is damaged, full module replacement may be necessary.
Possible causes include debris in the port, worn contacts, damaged flex cables or faulty power circuits. Diagnostics determine whether the connector or another component needs repair.
This depends on the original fault, replaced component, device model and whether an Apple-prescribed calibration process is required. Face ID functionality cannot be guaranteed without diagnostics.
Data often remains on the phone after routine external-part replacements. However, data preservation cannot be guaranteed when the logic board, storage or iOS recovery is involved. We recommend creating a backup.
Turnaround depends on diagnostic results, repair complexity and spare-part availability. We agree on an estimated collection date for each repair order.
ARVUTIABI-ESOFT OÜ is an independent repair workshop and does not claim Apple Authorized Service Provider status. Warranty terms for labour and parts are confirmed when the repair is arranged.
