Device Intake and Fault Registration
We record the exact model and customer-reported symptoms, inspect the housing, display and ports, and document visible damage and available functions before technical work starts.
Is your Xiaomi phone failing to start, showing lines across the display or charging intermittently? ARVUTIABI-ESOFT OÜ in Lasnamäe, Tallinn, diagnoses and repairs Xiaomi phones, including earlier Mi models, Redmi, Redmi Note, POCO and Black Shark devices. Replacement parts are matched to the precise model identifier rather than the series name alone.
We inspect damage caused by drops or liquids and troubleshoot batteries, USB-C ports, cameras, audio circuits and motherboards. For software-related issues, we take the installed MIUI or Xiaomi HyperOS version into account. The proposed repair and its price are confirmed with the customer after diagnosis.

Prices marked “from” are starting prices. The final repair cost depends on the device model, the nature of the fault, the required spare parts, and the diagnostic results.
The cost of diagnostics depends on the type of device and the complexity of the diagnostic work, but does not exceed €20.
* If the customer agrees to proceed with the repair, diagnostics are free of charge, as they are an integral part of the repair process. In this case, the customer pays only the agreed repair price.
We record the exact model and customer-reported symptoms, inspect the housing, display and ports, and document visible damage and available functions before technical work starts.
Using measurement equipment where required, we check the relevant circuits and compare the results against the symptoms. Software problems are assessed separately. Any procedure that could cause data loss is discussed beforehand.
Once the cause is identified, we explain possible repair options, part compatibility, work scope and price. No repair begins without customer approval.
We repair or replace the agreed component, reassemble the smartphone and test affected functions, including the display, touchscreen, charging, cameras, microphones, sound, networks and boot stability.
Broken front glass does not automatically mean the display panel has failed. Coloured streaks, black patches, flickering or a loss of touch response can indicate damage to the LCD/AMOLED panel or its connection to the board. We examine the picture output and touch layer before deciding whether a complete screen assembly is needed for the particular Xiaomi, Redmi or POCO model.
A phone may ignore the charger, repeatedly disconnect or charge only when the plug is held at an angle. We check the charger and cable, USB-C port wear, connector pins, charging sub-board and power circuitry. The socket is not always the cause; replacement is proposed only after the defective area has been identified.
Sudden drops in the battery percentage, shutdowns under load and reduced runtime can result from battery ageing or excessive power consumption elsewhere in the device. We measure current draw, check power behaviour and investigate background activity before recommending a battery replacement or a different justified repair.
If the casing becomes unusually hot during basic tasks, applications freeze or the device restarts repeatedly, we inspect thermal behaviour, power rails, battery condition and system stability. MIUI or HyperOS updates may be relevant, but a software fault is not assumed until hardware checks have been performed.
Blurred images, failed autofocus, weak call audio and missing voice recordings have different possible causes. We test cameras, microphones, earpiece speakers, sockets and flex cables separately. When contamination is found, we assess cleaning first; a component is replaced only if a fault is established.
A smartphone may continue running after liquid exposure while corrosion develops on its connectors or motherboard. We inspect sockets and interconnects, look for evidence of electrolytic damage and assess the scope of possible restoration. Do not connect a wet phone to a charger or repeatedly attempt to power it on.
When the startup logo remains on screen, the phone enters a boot loop or will not boot at all, we investigate power rails, storage hardware and system partitions. The options for restoring MIUI or HyperOS depend on the device. A factory reset or firmware flashing may erase personal data, so such steps require prior approval.
The phone may fail to register on a mobile network, drop its Wi-Fi connection or refuse to pair with wireless accessories. We begin with network modes, settings, the SIM card and a reproducible fault test. If needed, we inspect antenna contacts, coaxial cables and radio-frequency circuits before determining the repair.
According to the ARVUTIABI-ESOFT OÜ general price list, smartphone diagnostics are free. The repair price is determined after identifying the damage and selecting suitable parts.
Repair feasibility is assessed using the exact model number. Before installation is approved, we verify the replacement screen’s compatibility and specifications.
If the panel and touch layer still work, separate glass replacement may be possible depending on the screen assembly. In other cases, the complete module must be replaced.
Charging speed depends on the compatibility of the cable and charger, USB-C condition, battery temperature and charging electronics. Diagnostics help identify the limiting factor.
We assess the system and hardware. MIUI or HyperOS recovery is not possible in every case and may affect stored data, so the planned actions are agreed in advance.
We can diagnose Black Shark devices. The feasibility of any specific repair depends on the hardware design, fault and availability of compatible parts.
Data cannot be guaranteed when memory or motherboard components are damaged or when firmware procedures are required. We recommend backing up a functioning device before bringing it in.
Turnaround depends on the diagnostics and parts supply. Warranty conditions for the agreed labour and components are stated when the order is accepted.
