Device intake and symptom documentation
We record the exact realme GT, Narzo or C-series model, fault history and details of previous repairs. We inspect the housing, screen and ports, and document visible damage and functions available for testing.
Is your realme screen no longer responding, charging intermittently, or rebooting without warning? ARVUTIABI-ESOFT OÜ, an independent repair workshop in Lasnamäe, Tallinn, diagnoses realme GT, Narzo, C-series smartphones and devices from other generations. We identify the exact model code and assess the damage before selecting parts and determining the scope of work.
realme devices range from entry-level C and Narzo models to performance-oriented GT phones. Display assemblies, battery packs, cameras and charging systems vary between devices. Our assessment considers the mainboard, interconnections and realme UI software environment. The proposed repair and cost are agreed upon before chargeable work begins.

Prices marked “from” are starting prices. The final repair cost depends on the device model, the nature of the fault, the required spare parts, and the diagnostic results.
The cost of diagnostics depends on the type of device and the complexity of the diagnostic work, but does not exceed €20.
* If the customer agrees to proceed with the repair, diagnostics are free of charge, as they are an integral part of the repair process. In this case, the customer pays only the agreed repair price.
We record the exact realme GT, Narzo or C-series model, fault history and details of previous repairs. We inspect the housing, screen and ports, and document visible damage and functions available for testing.
We check power, the display, charging and components associated with the complaint. Measuring equipment and a microscope are used when necessary. Android and realme UI errors are evaluated separately, with advance notice of possible risks to data.
After diagnostics, we explain the suspected cause, possible repair methods, limitations and availability of compatible replacement parts. The price is agreed upon before paid repairs begin.
We perform the approved work, reassemble the phone and test affected functions, including the screen, touch input, battery, charging, audio, cameras, network connections and operating stability.
After a fall, a smartphone may still receive calls while showing a black screen, coloured lines or only partial touch response. We inspect the display panel, digitiser and display flex cable rather than drawing conclusions from the broken glass alone. A replacement for a realme GT, Narzo or C-series device must match its exact variant: similarly named phones may use different screens.
If the plug has to be moved to make contact, the charging icon disappears or the battery percentage does not rise, we first test the power adapter and cable. We then inspect the port for debris, wear or oxidation, measure power consumption and check charging-board connections. Fast-charging modes and accessory requirements vary between realme models, so we only recommend port replacement after testing.
Sudden drops in battery percentage, poor standby endurance and shutdowns under load can result from battery wear, excessive power consumption by components or software activity. We compare operating conditions, check temperature and assess power stability. For performance-focused realme GT phones, gaming workloads are considered separately. Battery replacement is justified when testing identifies the battery as the cause.
Heat and repeated restarts may occur when using the camera, running demanding tasks or even while idle. We examine background activity in realme UI, the battery, power draw and the power-supply sections of the mainboard. A recent update is not automatically the cause: software and hardware faults must be distinguished, and a reset should not be performed without assessing data-loss risks.
Autofocus failures, missing sound in recordings and poor call audio require separate checks. We examine app permissions, blocked acoustic openings and loose flex-cable contacts before testing the relevant modules. On multi-camera GT models, we identify the affected camera to avoid replacing components that still work.
After water exposure, a phone may continue working temporarily; charging, connectivity or display problems can develop later as corrosion spreads. Under magnification, we inspect the USB-C port, connectors and accessible mainboard areas and look for the effects of short circuits. Do not charge a wet device. Whether restoration is viable depends on the extent of damage established during diagnostics.
A phone stuck on the realme startup screen, unresponsive to the power button or repeatedly restarting does not automatically require a firmware reinstall. We check the battery, power circuits, storage and system files. Before a reset, realme UI recovery or other software procedure, we explain the possible loss of photos, contacts and other user data.
Weak cellular reception, disconnections from a router and failed pairing with headphones can have different causes. We test the SIM card, network settings, available interfaces and behaviour under different conditions. If configuration issues are ruled out, we examine antennas, contacts and radio-frequency connections. Board-level repair is proposed only after identifying the faulty area.
According to the supplied general workshop price list, smartphone diagnostics are free. The cost of subsequent repairs depends on the identified defect and selected parts.
We check the exact device identifier, display technology and availability of a compatible assembly. The replacement method and price are agreed before ordering the component.
Sometimes, if the display panel and touch layer are undamaged and the design allows glass-only repair. Otherwise, replacement of the full module may be necessary.
Possible causes include the cable, power adapter, debris in the USB-C connector, battery condition or charging circuitry. Supported fast-charging modes vary by phone model and accessories.
Not necessarily. The problem may be related to power, storage or system files. We check the hardware first and explain the risk of data loss before a reset.
Devices can be submitted for diagnostics. Whether repair is practical depends on technical condition and the availability of compatible components.
Data preservation cannot be guaranteed if the storage, mainboard or certain software processes are involved. We recommend making a backup whenever possible.
Timing depends on the complexity of the fault and parts delivery. Warranty terms for completed work and installed components are clarified and documented when the repair order is accepted.
