Prices marked “from” are starting prices. The final repair cost depends on the device model, the nature of the fault, the required spare parts, and the diagnostic results.
The cost of diagnostics depends on the type of device and the complexity of the diagnostic work, but does not exceed €20.
* If the customer agrees to proceed with the repair, diagnostics are free of charge, as they are an integral part of the repair process. In this case, the customer pays only the agreed repair price.
We record the precise Zenfone or ROG Phone model, supplied accessories and symptom history. The housing, display and ports are inspected, and visible damage and functions available for testing are documented before disassembly.
We test components related to the reported issue, measure relevant power parameters and inspect connections under a microscope where required. Android software faults are assessed separately. We inform the owner in advance of procedures that could put stored data at risk.
We explain the diagnostic findings and available repair options. Screen, battery and other replacement-part compatibility is checked for the specific Zenfone or ROG Phone. The price, limitations and scope are agreed before paid work begins.
After completing the agreed work, we test affected functions, including the screen, touch input, charging, cameras, microphones, speakers, networking and operating stability. ROG Phone-specific features are checked where technically feasible.
Cracked cover glass does not always mean the entire display is faulty. After an impact, Zenfone and ROG Phone screens may show flickering patches, vertical coloured lines or areas that do not respond to touch. We identify the panel type and check the digitiser, connections and display assembly. Replacement components are selected for the exact model number rather than assuming every generation uses the same construction.
The phone may recognise a charging cable intermittently, show no charging indication or charge unusually slowly. We first rule out a defective adapter or cable, inspect the contacts, measure current draw and examine the charging circuits. On ROG Phone variants with extra connectors, we account for each port’s purpose and design: not every connector supports the same operating modes.
High battery consumption during demanding games on a ROG Phone does not by itself prove that the battery has failed. We compare standby time with ordinary use and examine heat, battery condition and board power delivery. If a Zenfone switches off while charge remains, voltage stability also needs checking. A battery replacement is offered only after the cause has been identified.
These symptoms can appear while gaming, using the camera or even when the phone is nearly idle. We establish when the temperature rises and review cooling conditions, Android background activity, battery health and power circuits. Repeated reboots warrant electronic diagnostics as well as software checks; a factory reset is not an automatic solution.
Camera launch errors, distorted audio recordings and low earpiece volume point to different components. We check app permissions, microphone openings, sound paths, contact pads and ribbon cables. On devices with multiple cameras, the affected module is identified separately. Only parts with confirmed faults are considered for replacement.
After rain exposure or contact with water, a smartphone may appear to work normally before charging, audio or connectivity problems arise. We look for corrosion on ports, connectors and accessible circuit-board areas, inspecting suspected damage under magnification. A wet phone should be switched off and kept disconnected from power. The extent and viability of repair are established after inspection.
If a Zenfone stops at the ASUS logo or a ROG Phone repeatedly returns to its startup screen, possible causes include system files, storage, the battery or processor power circuits. We start with hardware checks and assess the options for protecting user data. Flashing, resetting and other operations that could erase information are performed only with prior agreement.
Failure to register on a mobile network, intermittent Wi-Fi and disconnected wireless accessories may have unrelated causes. We check the SIM card, Android network settings, connectivity under different conditions and, where required, antenna contacts and RF connections. Radio components are considered for replacement only after a hardware fault has been established.

Sometimes, provided the panel and touch sensor are intact and the display construction allows separate glass repair. An inspection is needed to determine the appropriate method.

Avoid resetting the phone before considering data-loss risks. The cause may involve system files, storage or power delivery and should be established through diagnosis.
You can bring in the device for assessment. Feasibility depends on its condition, hardware design and the availability of compatible parts.
Data may survive some hardware repairs, but preservation cannot be guaranteed when storage, the motherboard or software recovery is involved. We recommend making a backup where possible.
